TPTI - Techniques Patrimoine Territoires de l’Industrie
TPTI is a master course focusing on the investigation of industrial heritage and historical technical environments.The programme aims at teaching students how to enhance technical knowledge and manage industrial landscapes.
It is jointly offered by the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) with the University of Padua (Italy), the University of Evora (Portugal), the Czech Technical University in Prague (Czech Republic), the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of Sfax (Tunisia), the Universidad de Oviedo (Spain), the Kagoshima University (鹿児島大学 Kagoshima Daigaku - Japan), the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (Senegal) and the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina). These Institutions have developed a scientific network which mainly focuses on the history of technical thought, social history of industry, industrial archaeology and regional development.
The course is mainly addressed to historians, architects and experts in the preservation of cultural heritage, as well as economists and managers specialized in cultural heritage. The course’s duration is 24 months.
