The Research Group will primarily focus on Neo-Latin texts dating back to humanism and Renaissance. First of all, the Group will analyze the numerous and scattered sources, that vary by type, origin and time. Then, the Group will conduct a selection of the most relevant texts; texts will be philologically classified on a case by case basis starting from the passed on status; the imitation or reference to classic models will be detected; texts will be processed with the purpose of setting up a corpus that can be consulted by themes.
