Olavarria is a university town where it may be quite difficult to find an accommodation once the academic year has started.
In order to guarantee its participants an adeguate accommodation service, the HILD Summer School is happy to book an accommodation at the Savoy or at the Riyat Apart Hotel for both students and lecturers for the whole duration of their stay. Hotels lie at walking distance from the Summer School venue.

Paying participants will benefit from a more convenient price for their room and will be directly inform by the Summer School Secretariat on the available options. If students wish to find an alternative accomodation, they are invited to contact the Summer School Secretariat and ask for assistance or information.

Olavarria
Olavarria lies in the central Province of Buenos Aires, it is surrounded by the Pampas and was first founded in the mid-Nineteenth Century.
The city has experienced a strong Italian migration duting the 1870s. It now counts about 100.000 inhabitants.
The UNICEN - the National University of Central Buenos Aires has one of its subsidiaries in Olavarria, whereas its headquarters are in Tandil, about two hours away from town.
